4. Appointment Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

We strive to respect our patients' time and request reciprocal consideration. We ask that appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice may be subject to a standard scheduling fee as permitted by law.

5. Billing, Health Insurance & Patient Responsibility

Daily Health Fixer contracts with various US commercial insurance plans and Medicare. While our insurance advocacy coordinators assist in verifying your benefits:

• You remain ultimately responsible for understanding the specifics of your insurance coverage, deductibles, and co-insurance requirements.
• Any balances not covered by insurance (e.g., uncovered elective aesthetic procedures or out-of-network costs) are the financial responsibility of the patient or guarantor.
• Itemized estimates and Good Faith Estimates (GFEs) are provided in compliance with the Federal No Surprises Act.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website dailyhealthfixer.com, including all source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or licensed to Daily Health Fixer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. User Conduct & Accuracy of Information
